I take pride in my sellers. Once I meet a new client, it does become personal to me. I want to make sure I do my best and follow thru because I feel every client has become a friend and someone I hope along the way will again remember me and refer me to others. I don’t want to let them down.
Accessibility is extremely important to me for buyers as well as sellers. My clients have hired me to do a job for them, and I should be and will be accessible for questions, concerns, or just chats about what is happening in their neighborhood. I contact my clients at least 3 times a week either by email or phone to touch base with them regarding their property. If I am out of town, they know they can call me and I will get back to them within a couple of hours or immediately. My clients always know I am available to them.
Regardless of when the listing is signed, a client may cancel a listing at any time. They do not have to feel obligated in any way to our company. It’s an extremely large step for sellers to take to move out of a home they have loved for so long, and they have to feel comfortable. We give comfort by extending to them the ability to cancel or extend the listing at their discretion.
I also work very well with commissions. Every seller has a different need, and I pride myself on working out a commission that will satisfy my seller as well as myself. I would love the opportunity to work with you and hope to hear from you soon.
